Cust service

Hi Lallie
Working with u guys makes it easy to give customers good service. We get our spares fast and we get them without asking twice leave alone begging for them like we used to. We get spares to our branch. We used to have to travel far to get the spares before. We get paid for work we do. Its a pleasure to go to customers now (they don't bite your head off for coming 1 week after complaint was laid). They even compliment us for coming so quickly. I had one cust Mrs Duffield  who baked a cake for me,told me she could kiss me for fixing her oven.
Annie & Nirosha are very very helpful. They go out of their way to help us do our work. They speak to us properly and make us want to do a good job. (We feel like we must do our best else we'll be letting them down.)  You guys are on the ball.
