I ordered a MacBook Pro from Hirsch's as they were the cheapest supplier I could find online. I had an issue with the online payment system and contact the COO personaly since I was having a problem with their online feedback form.

First of all let me say it’s an absolute pleasure that they actually list people's email addresses on the website, let alone the senior management team. What a difference this makes from most companies that don’t even have an email address - usually only a form which has your query sent to the deepest darkest depths of file 13.

I received a response from Margaret Hirsch within minutes, explaining that she was following up and would contact me shortly. In less than an hour a gentleman from the online division called me up and resolved my query and my MacBook is ready for collection now, less than 2 hours since I applied on the website.

What a change fast, efficient, personal customer service makes, it’s really refreshing compared to the constant indifferent, disinterested service I've gotten from the likes of (Censored), (censored) and the like. Keep it up Hirsch's - you have just gained a recurring customer!
