On Sunday 10 July 2011, my spouse and I travel all the way from Richards Bay directly to your shop not purchase  new  stove combination to replace existing one.

This was done despite us having stores in the greater Umhlatuze Municipality and their respectively some of these larger retailer on price policy, we chose to conclude our purchase amounting to R10500-00.

We wish to table our appreciation in the manner and conduct that you personally got involved prior to us coming to your store and your involvement on Sunday with your sales staff cum stand in Manager whilst you were on leave is in our view customer eccentric.

Your store is well presented and extremely neat and trust that some of the pointers that I had shared with you as a Consumer and a Chartered Marketer, you will implement.

Keep it up and we will come over to your shop in the near future to extend our additional purchases.

You are young and you need to use this youth to make your store above the reset,

Of really interest that I had cited to you was an employee in the dispatch who went the extra mile to ensure that there were add value services offered and called on the sales personnel to attend to us whilst loading our purchase onto our vehicle, recognize this employee.
