Hirsch's Fourways Shines

Lana Wentink gave me you e-mail address so that I could put on record the truly awesome service received from Hirsch’s this weekend. 

I googled a washing  machine on your site and did some research with other stores.  The first bonus – Hirsch’s was cheaper.   I called the Fourways store on Sunday 17 July at about 9h30 and spoke to Elsabe who was professional and efficient and did everything to meet my requirements.  I initially thought that the washing machine should be delivered on the Sunday as we work in the week and wanted to take delivery.  This was no problem for Elsabe who was going to make it happen. Our plans changed and we were not going to be home on Sunday. Again no problem, the delivery was changed to Monday.

On Monday morning I received a call from the delivery guy (sorry I did not record his name) in Centurion confirming delivery by 13h00 at the latest.  The machine was delivered unboxed and installed. 

I did not have to come into a store – everything was done on the internet or over the phone which meant I could spend Sunday with my family as opposed to dragging them to shop for a washing machine. 

Lana called me this morning to confirm that all had gone well. I am truly grateful for the efficient, friendly professional service received from your organisation.  At every point I was made to feel like my business mattered. Hirsch’s is doing something very right and should maybe share it’s secret with other service providers.
